What will you be doing as a full-time Shift Leader at Taco Bell?

As a Shift Leader you keep a cool head when managing your shift! You can show your leadership qualities every day.

As a Manager In Charge, you are in charge of your team during a shift.
In addition to managing the team, you are operationally active on the work floor. You are the manager that the team looks up to and who, by setting a good example, ensures that every shift is closed with a good result.

What do we ask from you?

• At least one year of managerial experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, but a Retail background can also be a good fit.

• One - two years of hospitality experience.

• Demonstrable talent for coaching and developing employees.

• The drive to want to make everything better every day. Including yourself.

• An above market-based salary from € 2.811,57 per month (including vacation days and vacation pay, based on 38 hours)

• A bonus scheme where you can earn up to € 250 bonus every quarter.
