    As a Shift Leader, you'll keep a cool head when managing your shift. You can showcase your leadership skills every day. Besides managing the team, you are operationally active on the floor. You are the leader the team looks up to and who, by setting a good example, ensures that every shift ends with a good result.

    Assistant Manager

    You support the Restaurant Manager by following up on Brand Standards, training and coaching the team, and motivating your team to deliver a great guest experience. When your team succeeds, YOU succeed! We have fun and offer personal challenges and growth. The Assistant Manager has the overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant during the absence of the Restaurant Manager. This position is the perfect stepping stone to running your own restaurant!

    Restaurant Manager

    As a Restaurant Manager, you are a true hands-on manager who puts guest satisfaction first, is a mentor to the entire team and is up for the challenge of taking ultimate responsibility for the restaurant.

    In addition to coaching your team, your duties will include performing all the administrative tasks of the restaurant, such as purchasing products and maintaining personnel administration. A position that is not only about coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant, but also about maximizing the profitability and development of your team.
