What will you do as Restaurant Manager Horeca at Taco Bell?

As Restaurant Manager Horeca you’re a real hands-on manager who puts guest satisfaction first, is a mentor for the entire team and wants to take on the challenge of taking final responsibility for the restaurant.

In addition to coaching your team, your duties will include performing all the administrative tasks of the restaurant, such as purchasing products and maintaining employee files.

A position that is not only about coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant, but very much about maximizing the profitability and development of your team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • You coach and motivate your team through constructive feedback.
  • You exude confidence and dare to delegate tasks while not losing sight of follow-up.
  • You put the guest first by ensuring perfect operational execution.
  • You recruit, interview and train new team members and shift managers.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility which makes managing the profit and loss account feel natural to you.
  • You take it for granted to jump in during peak hours to also assist your team in a practical sense if the situation calls for it.
  • In addition to anticipating various situations well, you are not afraid to make your own decisions.
  • You have a eye for product quality.
