About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment? As Restaurant Manager, you will have full responsibility for your restaurant in Amsterdam. You will lead your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive strong business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction

• Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient and seamless service

• Managing administrative responsibilities, including inventory control, labour planning, and staff scheduling

• Taking full accountability for financial performance, including Profit & Loss (P&L)

• Recruiting, training, and developing Team Members and Shift Managers

• Maintaining high standards of product quality and customer service

• Making confident decisions and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Supporting your team during busy periods and leading from the front when it matters most
