At Taco Bell, we're looking for a passionate and driven Area Coach to oversee multiple restaurants across the Netherlands. Your Role as an Area Coach

As an Area Coach, you will lead and support multiple restaurant teams across the Netherlands, ensuring exceptional standards in operations, guest experience, people development, and financial performance. Working closely with Restaurant General Managers, you'll build engaged teams, drive results, and champion the Taco Bell culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to deliver outstanding food quality, service, and cleanliness standards

• Support and develop Restaurant General Managers to strengthen leadership capability and operational excellence

• Drive restaurant performance through analysis of key metrics and implementation of improvement plans

• Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction across all locations

• Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, health and safety requirements, and brand standards

• Monitor and improve sales, profitability, labour management, and operational efficiency

• Support restaurant openings, training initiatives, and strategic growth plans where required

What You Bring

• 2–5 years' experience in multi-site management within QSR, hospitality, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment

• A proven track record of driving sales growth and operational performance

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

• Commercial awareness with a solid understanding of KPIs and business performance metrics

• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands

• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous
