What will you do as Assistant Restaurant Manager Hospitality at Taco Bell?
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager Hospitality, you are a true hands-on manager who puts guest satisfaction first, is a mentor to the team and wants the challenge of taking responsibility for the restaurant.
In addition to coaching your team, your duties will include performing all the administrative tasks of the restaurant, such as purchasing products and maintaining personnel records.
A position that is not only about coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant, but also about maximizing profitability.
Duties and responsibilities
You exude self-confidence and can handle different situations well;
You coach and support your team through constructive feedback;
You are goal-oriented and want to exceed every objective;
You motivate and inspire your team by expressing appreciation for successes achieved;
You train and coach new employees appropriately and provide a proper induction;
You manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager;
You support your Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing and hiring team members and Shift Managers.
