About the Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence, and develop a high-performing team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently while maintaining Taco Bell's standards for food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team training

• Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and service

• Help drive sales and achieve restaurant targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, restaurants, quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail, or food service

• Minimum 2 years' customer service experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to management

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
