    💼 Your Role as Area Coach

    As an Area Coach, you are the face of Taco Bell in your region. You directly manage multiple Restaurant Managers, coach operational teams, and ensure flawless execution of our brand standards.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams

    • Drive top performance in guest satisfaction, service speed, cleanliness, and food safety

    • Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs (sales, labor costs, margins, SWS, etc.)

    • Roll out new brand and menu initiatives across restaurants

    • Manage and prioritize CAPEX investments in your region

    • Create a high-performing, positive work culture with strong employee engagement

    • Collaborate with fellow Area Coaches and the support team to achieve strategic goals

    Job requirements

    ✅ What You Bring:

    • 3 to 5 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry

    • Proven leadership skills and experience leading multi-unit teams

    • A motivating, energetic, and results-driven coaching style

    • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    • A passion for guest experience, team development, and operational excellence

    • Flexibility, resilience, and a hands-on mentality – you love being on the floor
