About the Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence, and develop a high-performing team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently while maintaining Taco Bell's standards for food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant Lead and motivate team members during shifts

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team training Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and service Help drive sales and achieve restaurant targets

What We're Looking For

Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, restaurants, quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail, or food service

Minimum 2 years' customer service experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to management
